Eachcuttingreelmotorisequippedwithaseriesof3identicalHalleffectsensorstomonitormotorspeed.
Theseareintegraltothecuttingreelmotorandcannotbeserviced.
ConditionsforSettingtheFault
Ifall3oftheHalleffectsensorsprovidethesamesignal,aninvalidHallstateisindicatedandthefaultis
reported.Nocontrolleractionistaken.

andDisconnectingthe48VdcBatterySystem(page19).
3.Swapcuttingreelmotor5withacuttingreelmotorfromadifferentcuttingunit.Youcanobtainmore
informationonreplacingthecuttingreelmotorinChapter5ofthe5010-HServiceManual.
4.Pluginthe48Vdcbatterydisconnect.RefertoConnectingandDisconnectingthe48VdcBatterySystem
(page19).
5.Operatethemachine.
