Cuttingreelmotor3hasdetectedthatthe48Vdclogicvoltagehasexceededthehighvoltagelimit.This
faultcausesthecuttingreelmotortobedisabled.
Note:All48Vdcdevicesareconnectedtothesame48Vdcbus.Ifthisisasystemissue,theTEC-5002
combinesall648VdcKeySwitchOvervoltfaults(faults82through87)intoasinglefault(code31,48VdcKey
SwitchOvervolt).
CircuitDescription
All5cuttingreelmotorssharethe48Vdclogicpowerwiththemotor/generator.
ConditionsforSettingtheFault
Cuttingreelmotor3hasdetectedthatthe48Vdclogicvoltagehasexceededthehighvoltagelimitof67.5Vdc.
Note:ThisfaultcanalsooccuriftheTEC-5002losescommunicationwiththemotor/generatorandreverts
tolimpmode.WhentheTEC-5002losescommunication,itlosesenginespeedcontrol,andthemechanical
governorlimitsenginespeedto3,200rpm.

1.ClearthesystemfaultsfromtheInfoCenter.RefertoClearingFaultsfromtheInfoCenter(page21).
