Thereisasoftwareversionincompatibilityissuewithinthemachine.
CircuitDescription
Therearemultiplecontrollerslocatedthroughouttheelectricalsystemonthismachine,includingtheTEC-5002
mastercontrollerandindividualcontrollerswithineachcuttingreelmotor.Thereareadditionalindividual
controllerswithinthemotor/generatorunitandtheInfoCenter.Allthesecontrollersmusthavecompatible
softwareforthemachinetofunctioncorrectly.
ConditionsforSettingtheFault
IfthesoftwareintheTEC-5002controllerisincompatiblewiththesoftwareintheothercontrollers,thisfault
isreported.

Step1:Verifythatthefaultrepeats.
1.ClearthesystemfaultsfromtheInfoCenter.RefertoClearingFaultsfromtheInfoCenter(page21).
2.Operatethemachine.

TEC-5002isreprogrammedduringthereprogrammingofthemachine.
3.DisconnecttheToroDIAGcablefromthemachine.
