•Beforeservicingormakinganyadjustmentstothemachine,settheparkingbrake,turnthekeytotheOFF
position,andremovethekeyfromtheignitionswitch.Waitforallofthemachinemotiontostop.Referto
PreparingforTroubleshootingand/orTesting(page22).
•Keepallnuts,bolts,screws,andbeltsproperlytightened.
•Toreduceanypotentialrehazard,keepallelectricalconnectors,cuttingunits,anddrivecomponents
freeofdebris.
•Wearcut-resistantorheavyleatherglovesandusecautionwhencheckingorservicingthecuttingunits.
•Ifyoumustperformmaintenanceormakeanadjustmentwiththeenginerunning,keepyourhands,feet,
clothing,andallpartsofyourbodyawayfromthecuttingunitsandallothermovingparts.
•Atthetimeofmanufacture,themachineconformedtoallapplicablesafetystandards.Toensureoptimum
performanceandcontinuedsafetycerticationofthemachine,useonlygenuineT ororeplacementparts
andaccessories.
