TheTEC-5002lostorneverestablishedcommunicationwiththecuttingreelmotor1ontheCANbus.
CircuitDescription
All5cuttingreelmotorsareconnectedonthe48VdcCANbus.All5cuttingreelmotorsfunctionsimultaneously.
When1cuttingreelmotorisaffectedbyaCANbusfault,allofthecuttingreelmotorsaredisabledandthe
machineisunabletomow.
ConditionsforSettingtheFault
ThisfaultisreportediftheTEC-5002losescommunicationwiththecuttingreelmotorfor1.5seconds.If
communicationisneverestablished,afaultisreported2.5secondsafterpowerisrstturnedon.
Note:Thisfaultisprobablyincludedamongallofthecuttingreelmotorssettingrelatedfaultsinrapid
succession.Beginthediagnosiswiththerstcuttingreelmotortoreportafault.

Step1:Verifythatthefaultrepeats.
1.ClearthesystemfaultsfromtheInfoCenter.RefertoClearingFaultsfromtheInfoCenter(page21).
2.Operatethemachine.
