CircuitDescription
Theenginespeedswitchsendseitheranenginespeedincreaseorenginespeeddecreasesignaltothe
TEC-5002,whichprocessestherequestandsendsanoutputsignaltothefuelactuator.Thefuelactuator
controlstheenginethrottlerpm,andadjustsitbasedonthesignalfromtheTEC-5002.
ConditionsforSettingtheFault
Theenginespeedswitchmaybeshortedinternallyortheoutputsoftheenginespeedswitchmaybeshorted
togetherintheseatwireharness.

1.ClearthesystemfaultsfromtheInfoCenter.RefertoClearingFaultsfromtheInfoCenter(page21).
2.Operatethemachine.
