•Loosen,clean,andtightenthechassisgroundpoints.
2.Loadtestthebatterytoensureitmeetstheoutputspecication.
TesttheChargingSystem
Testthechargingsystemtoensureitmeetstheoutputspecication.
InspectFusesandFusibleLinks
1.Verifyallfusesareofthecorrectratingandthatthecontactsarecleanandsecurelyseated.
2.Verifyallfusiblelinksareofthecorrectratingandthattheconnectorsarecleanandsecurelyseated.
