2.Fullyreassemblethemachine.Thisincludesallguards,covers,cableties,andpartsloosenedorremoved.
Note:IfyouunpluggedconnectorsP51orP37,alignthetabsontheinsideoftheconnectorwiththeslots
inthereceptacle.Pushtheconnectorintothereceptacleandrotatethelockingcollarontheconnector
clockwiseuntilitengageswiththereceptacleandbeginstopulltheconnectorin.Continueturningthe
lockingcollaranother1/4to1/3ofaturnclockwiseuntilitseatscompletelyandclicksintoplace.
3.Ifyouunpluggedthe48Vdcbatterydisconnect,plugitbackin.RefertoConnectingandDisconnecting
the48VdcBatterySystem(page19).
4.Ensurethatallnuts,bolts,screws,andbeltsareproperlytightened.
5.Starttheengine.
6.ClearallfaultsfromtheInfoCenter.RefertoClearingFaultsfromtheInfoCenter(page21).
Note:Ifyoureplacedacuttingreelmotor,themotor/generatorcontroller,InfoCenter,ortheTEC-5002,
youmayreceiveaSoftwareVersionIncompatibilityfault(faults45through52)forthereplacement
component.Ifyoudo,followthediagnosticpathinthisbookforthatfault.
7.Runthemachineandverifythatallsystemsfunctionsafelyandcorrectly.
8.Ifanyfaultsarereportedwhilerunningthemachine,followtheproceduresoutlinedinthismanual
tocorrectthem.
