Ifthefaultfollowsthecuttingreelmotortothenewcuttingunit,replacethe
cuttingreelmotor.GotoStep5.
Thefaultrepeatsatthe
originalposition.
Ifthefaultrepeatsatthecuttingunit3position,gotoStep6.
Thefaultstopped
repeating.
Ifthefaultnolongerrepeats,notethepositionchangeofthecuttingreelmotor
inthemaintenancerecordsforthemachine.Shouldthefaultrepeatinthe
future,troubleshootingmayberesumedwhereyouleftoff.GotoReturningthe

Step5:UseToroDIAGtoprogramthereplacementcuttingreelmotor.
1.Removetheaccesspanelfromtheoutercoverofthecontrolarm.
2.ConnectaPCwithToroDIAGsoftwaretothemachineviaaToroDIAGCable(PartNo.115-1944).Refer
toToroDIAG-QuickStart(page24).
3.UsetheToroDIAGsoftwaretoreprogramthemachineinaccordancewithToroDIAGUser’sGuide.The
replacementcuttingreelmotorisprogrammedduringthereprogrammingofthemachine.
4.DisconnecttheToroDIAGcablefromthemachine.
5.Installtheaccesspanelontotheoutercoverofthecontrolarm.
6.GotoReturningtheMachinetoService(page22)andfollowthestepslisted.
