Step4:UseToroDIAGtoprogramthereplacementcuttingreelmotor.
1.Removetheaccesspanelfromtheoutercoverofthecontrolarm.
2.ConnectaPCwithToroDIAGsoftwaretothemachineviaaToroDIAGCable(PartNo.115-1944).Refer
toToroDIAG-QuickStart(page24).
3.UsetheToroDIAGsoftwaretoreprogramthemachineinaccordancewithToroDIAGUser’sGuide.The
replacementcuttingreelmotorisprogrammedduringthereprogrammingofthemachine.
4.DisconnecttheToroDIAGcablefromthemachine.
5.Installtheaccesspanelontotheoutercoverofthecontrolarm.
6.GotoReturningtheMachinetoService(page22)andfollowthestepslisted.
Step5:Inspectthewiringforcuttingreelmotor5.
1.GotoPreparingforTroubleshootingand/orT esting(page22)andfollowthestepslisted.
2.Unplugthe48Vdcbatterydisconnecttopreventunexpectedcuttingunitoperation.RefertoConnecting
andDisconnectingthe48VdcBatterySystem(page19).
3.DisconnectmainharnessconnectorsP44andP45fromthecuttingreelmotorcableconnectorsmounted
onthetractionunit.
4.Inspectthe2cuttingreelmotorcableconnectorsandthe2mainharnessconnectorsfordamage,
corrosion,debris,andproperalignmentofthepinsinsidetheconnectors.

Oneormoreoftheinspectionchecksfailed.Repairorreplacethewornordamagedparts.Goto
