The Select Message screen allows you to locate existing messages that are stored in
2 places:
 A Library of permanent unchangeable text messages;
 A Collection of changeable text messages.
This page also lets you activate a selected message for the PCMS.
NOTE
Messages in the Library appear in alphabetical order.
You cannot delete messages in the Library.
