Annotation - Page Number screen
You can add a page number to copies.
1. From the Change Settings/Print window, select Annotation
and then Change Settings. Select Page Number.
2. Select Off or On.
3. Select Save to keep your choices.
 Off
No page number is added.
 On
A page number is added.
 Style
You can select one of the 6 number styles for the page.
• 1,2,...
Only page number is added.
• -1-,-2-,...
A hyphen is added to the left and right of the page number.
(Example: -1-)
• Page1, Page2,...
"Page" is added in front of the page number. (Example:
Page1, Page2)
• 1/N,2/N,...
The total number of pages is added to the right side of the
page number. (Example: 1/50, 2/50)
When selecting 1/N,2/N,..., the value specified in
Annotation - Page Number - Total Page(N) screen is
available.
