3 Select the item to be changed.
4 Change the selected settings, and select [Save].
5 Select [Save].
Mailbox Name
Enter the mailbox name.
Using the keyboard displayed on-screen, and
the numeric keypad, you can enter up to 20
characters.
For information about how to enter characters, refer to
"Entering Text" (P.24).
Password Settings
Set and display the mailbox password. Enter a
four-digit number (0 to 9). You can also set the
password to off.
Off
There is no password.
To Scan
When scanning documents to a mailbox, a password must be entered.
To Retrieve
When retrieving data from a mailbox on a computer, a password must be entered.
