Checking Job Status
The following describes the procedure to check job status using Print Services On
Web:
1 Start up the browser.
2 Enter the device IP address or Internet address in the browser address field and press
the <Enter> key.
Note • If your network uses DNS (Domain Name System) and the device host name is registered
with the domain name server, you can access the machine using a combination of the host
name and the domain name as the "URL". For example, if the host name is "6204wf", and
the domain name is [xerox.com], then the "URL" becomes "6204wf.xerox.com".
• Contact your system administrator for the IP address or Internet address to enter.
3 Click [Jobs and Log].
4 Click [Job not completed] in [Job
listing].
The Job not completed list is displayed.
