Oil seal
Cracks/damage → Replace.
Impeller and insert cartridge inspection
1. Inspect:

● Insert cartridge
Cracks/damage → Replace.
Woodruff key inspection
1. Inspect:
●
Woodruff key
Damage/wear → Replace.
Impeller and water pump housing
installation
1. Install:
●
Woodruff key
●
Impeller
NOTE:
When installing the impeller onto the drive
shaft, make sure that the slit in the impeller
is aligned with the woodruff key.
2. Install:
●
Insert cartridge 1
●
Water pump housing 2
NOTE:
●
When installing the insert cartridge, align
its projection with the hole in the water
pump housing.
●
When installing the water pump housing,
turn the drive shaft clockwise.
