Answering When in Another Call
If you have an active call, and an incoming call arrives on the phone. The incoming call
information is displayed on the touch screen.
1. Tap the Answer soft key.
The incoming call is answered and the original call is placed on hold.
Ending Calls
To end a call:
Do one of the following:
- If you are using the handset, tap the EndCall soft key or hang up the handset.
- If you are using the headset, tap the EndCall soft key.
- If you are using the speakerphone, press or tap the EndCall soft key.

Performing Operations during a Call
During the call, you may want to see if there is an event on schedule or check if there is a new
email in the inbox and so on, you can exit the talking screen to access the corresponding
application. And after the operation, you can return to the call conveniently.
The following operations are not allowed during the call:
Record by Recorder application.
Playback audios/videos.
To end a call placed on hold, you can tap the EndCall soft key to end the call directly, or tap the
Resume soft key to resume the call before ending it.
