5: Replacement Procedures

5.6.21 Ribbon Flag Position Sensor

Step 1. Locate the Ribbon Flag Position Sensor. The sensor is mounted behind the cover

(arrow below).

Step 2. With a TORX T7 driver, remove the two screws (SCR, PLAST, 2-.25, 2.5 in-lb)

holding the sensor Cover to the Frame.; circled below.

Step 3. Remove the cover.

NOTE • This procedure uses Spare Kit # P1031925-015: KIT, LID & RIBBON ENCODER

SENSORS or Spare Kit # P1031925-047: KIT, COVERS FOR FRAME.
