5: Replacement Procedures

5.6.24 Rocker - Right Side
Step 1. Remove the O-ring belt (dashed circle below).
Step 2. With a TORX T10 driver, remove the screw (SCR 4-.25L, 7.0 in-lb) and washer
holding the Rocker in place; circled above.
Step 3. Remove the retaining clips from the first and second Gears (arrows below), and
remove the two Gears.
Step 4. With a TORX T10 driver, remove the screw (SCR, PLAST, 4-.37L, 5.5 in-lb) from
the third Gear, circled above; and remove the Gear.
NOTE • This procedure uses Spare Kit # P1031925-023: KIT, RIBBON DRIVE SYSTEM.
