5: Replacement Procedures
Procedures
Step 5. With a TORX T10 driver, remove the four screws (SCR 4-40, 5/16; 7.0 in-lb)
holding the Stepper Motor in place; circled below. Note the orientation of the motor;
-- the connector is facing toward the back of the printer.
Step 6. If not already done, disconnect the Stepper Motor plug from connector J22 on the
Main
PCBA.
Step 7. Disconnect the ground wire.
Step 8. Remove the Stepper Motor.
