box, the gears may be damaged if excess-
ive force is used.

Rotation tool: 3HAB7887-1Apply the rotation tool.6
Use caution and fit the motor in its final
position while at the same time rotating the
motor pinion slightly using the rotation tool.
• Make sure that the motor pinion is
properly mated to the gear of the
gearbox.
• Make sure that the motor pinion
does not get damaged.
• Make sure that the direction of the
cable exit is facing the correct way.
Hex socket head cap screw: M10x30 12.9
Gleitmo 603+Geomet 500 (2 pcs)
Fit two of the attachment screws and
washers.

Bits extender: 3HAC12342-1

Use a bits extender in order to reach the
screws.

Remove the guide pins and replace with
the remaining attachment screws.

Tightening torque: 50 Nm.Tighten the screws.9
Disconnect the brake release tool.10
