4 Repairing the Autosampler
Leak Sensor
Frequency When defective
Tools required None.
Parts required Leak sensor 5061-3356.
Preparations for this
procedure
Remove the top cover (page 134).
Remove the transport assembly (page 139).
Remove the sampling unit (page 141).
1 Disconnect the leak sensor from the SUD board (labelled
“leak sensor”). Remove the sensor.
2 Feed the cable of the new sensor through the base of the
sampling unit to the SUD board.
