Item Name Description
Mode WPA Enterprise:
Generate individual wireless client keys on WPA enterprise RADIUS
server, and perform authentication and encryption between this product
and wireless client.
WPA Version Select the WPA version to use.
In an environment where WPA and WPA 2 are mixed, select "WPA and
WPA 2". The security seen from the wireless network is at the same level
as WPA
The factory default is "WPA 2".
Cipher Suites Select suite cipher protocol.
If TKIP is required, select "TKIP and CCMP". As with WEP, "TKIP" is
encrypted with RC 4, but the encryption key differs for each wireless
client, and when used for a certain number of times, it will be changed to
new one.
"CCMP" performs encryption using the standard technology approved by
the US Department of Commerce. This encryption method has a powerful
algorithm.
The factory default is "CCMP".
IEEE802.11w
(MFP)
If the wireless client supports MFP, it is possible to protect the IEEE
802.11 management frame. This setting is displayed only when "WPA
version" is set to "WPA 2" and "cipher suite" is set to "CCMP" only.
The factory default is "Enabled".
Pre-Authentic
ation
When set to "Enabled", enable Pre-authentication on wireless AP.
The factory default is "Disabled".
Broadcast
Key Refresh
Rate
Sets the interval for updating the key of the broadcast packet to be sent to
the wireless client connected to VAP. You can enter 0 to 86400 (seconds).
"0" does not update the key.
The factory default is "0".
Primary
RADIUS
Server IP
Enter the IP address of the RADIUS server to be used as the primary.
The factory default is "192.168.1.1".
Primary
RADIUS
Server Key
Enter a password for connecting to the primary RADIUS server with up to
128 single-byte alphanumeric characters. The factory default is blank.
Secondary
RADIUS
Server IP
Enter the IP address of the RADIUS server to be used as a secondary.
Leave blank if you do not want to use a secondary RADIUS server.
The factory default is blank.
