18.1 Error diagnostics
This chapter states possible causes of faults and their trouble-
shooting according to fault symptoms. Although it is not ex-
pressly mentioned, respect that cabling may always be apos-
sible cause of an electric failure.
According to our experience, faults are mostly caused by
the cable harness or connection of connectors.
It is agood idea to rst check the machine for worn cables and
loose or defective connectors.
Because it is a remotely controlled machine, faults can have
countless causes. We recommend reading this chapter briey to
get an insight. In any case, also pay attention to the LEDs on the
manual control and signals on the display unit.
The machine does not switch o automatically if the hy-
draulic oil temperature is too high!
If you suspect that the machine has become too hot,
check the following:
F14 fuse
S25 oil temperature switch
K7 relay
M3 cooler
The S25 oil temperature switch must turn on the fan
when the oil temperature exceeds 50 °C.
