18 Troubleshooting
18.1 Error diagnostics
This chapter states possible causes of faults and their trouble-
shooting according to fault symptoms. Although it is not ex-
pressly mentioned, respect that cabling may always be apos-
sible cause of an electric failure.
According to our experience, faults are mostly caused by
the cable harness or connection of connectors.
It is agood idea to rst check the machine for worn cables and
loose or defective connectors.
Because it is a remotely controlled machine, faults can have
countless causes. We recommend reading this chapter briey to
get an insight. In any case, also pay attention to the LEDs on the
manual control and signals on the display unit.
The machine does not switch o automatically if the hy-
draulic oil temperature is too high!
If you suspect that the machine has become too hot,
check the following:
F14 fuse
S25 oil temperature switch
K7 relay
M3 cooler
The S25 oil temperature switch must turn on the fan
when the oil temperature exceeds 50 °C.
