9.4.10 OE/NOE
Door Switches
Malfunction
Occurs if control senses
OE or NOE door is in the
open and closed position
simultaneously.
Alarm Screen
Alarm Detail
Door switches do not agree.
Causes and Correction:
1. Door switch malfunction
• Check LS1(LS3) connections
for OE door or LS2 (LS4) For
NOE Door
• Readjust door switches
• Determine which switch is in
the incorrect state, and
replace that switch.
9.4.11 Exhaust
Rate Too Slow
Occurs if liquid cycle slow
exhaust rate is too slow.
Alarm Screen
Alarm Detail
Chamber exhausted slower than
the expected rate.
Causes and Correction:
1. Valve malfunction – Repair

2. Valve malfunction – Repair
V03
3. Chamber steam trap
malfunction – Repair
4. Control out of calibration –
Recalibrate (contact qualified
service person)
