1.1 Product Overview
The MP1862A can be used with a plug-in module that can be built into a
Signal Quality Analyzer Series mainframe. This equipment measures
each of the PRBS, DATA, Zero-Substitution, and Mixed patterns in the
operating frequency range 8 to 64.2 Gbit/s using a combination of the
MU183040A/B 32Gbit/s Error Detector and the MU183041A/B 32Gbit/s
4ch Error Detector (hereafter MU18304xA/B).
Various option configurations are available for the MP1862A. This
module is therefore useful for research, development, and production of
various types of digital communication equipment, modules, and devices.
The features of the MP1862A are as follows:

Operating rates: 8 to 56.2 Gbit/s (64.2Gbit/s using additional options)

Divides input data signal into 1:2

Capable of measuring PRBS, Data, Zero-Substitution, Mixed, and
Sequence patterns (when used with MU18304xA/B).

Supports analysis of 8 to 64.2 Gbit/s input data such as Eye/Bathtub
(When used with MU18304xA/B)

Supports future use by installing options.

Controlled by MX180000A Control Software when either MP1800A or
controller PC connected
