4.10 Multi Channel Functions
MU183040A/B and MU183041A/B provide the Multi-channel functions
that can generate data combining outputs from multiple channels.
The Multi-channel functions include the Combination and Channel
Synchronization functions.
Available functions vary depending on model and its option.
