ADJUSTABLE PARAMETERS
This screen page is used to adjust some control unit parameters.
Throttle self-learning, min. position / Throttle
self-learning, max. position
The throttle position self-learning must be carried
out either with the throttle grip fully untwisted (idle)
or with the throttle grip fully twisted (fully open).
Advance correction / Injection time correction
The ignition advance can be modified all along the
engine operating range by 5° maximum, more or
less.
The injection time can be modified all along the
engine operating range by 5% maximum, more or
less, with respect to the basic map value.
The standard value of this parameter is 1.00.
The values that can be set range from 0.00 (cor-
responding to -5%) to 1.99 (corresponding to -5%).
Wheel diameter / Wheel signals
To obtain a correct indication of the vehicle speed,
the listed parameters can be set.
REMARK - In case the ECU has been taken from
the spare parts warehouse, the following opera-
tions/checks will be necessary:
Throttle self-learning operation (min. +
max. position)
Entering the vehicle mapping (includ-
ing correct wheel diameter setting and
qty. of screws per diameter)
The chassis number, the engine number and the
activation date cannot be entered any more.
