Vehicle preparation
•
Undo and remove the screw that fixes
the sump guard.
•
Remove the two bushings.
•
Remove the oil sump guard.
•
Remove the chain.
•
Remove the exhaust system.
•
Remove the saddle.
•
Remove the fuel tank.
•
Remove the air filter.
•
Drain off the cooling system.
•
Disconnect the throttle grip cables from
the throttle control.
•
Slacken the clutch cable on the han-
dlebar.
•
Disconnect the clutch cable from the
engine block.
