APRILIA MXV 450 - Removing the Radiator

•
Remove the pump rotor using the spe-
cial spanner.
Specific tooling
9100938 Pump rotor wrench
•
Remove the shim washer.
•
Collect the two centring bushings.
•
Remove the water pump cover spacer.
•
Check that the two O-rings present on
the bushing are not damaged.
NOTE
WHEN REFITTING, FOLLOW THE STEPS DESCRIBED BE-
FORE BUT IN REVERSE ORDER; USE ONLY CIRCULAR
GASKETS AND NEW CLAMPS.
Removing the radiator

Drain off the coolant.
