Remove the throttle body.
Checking the throttle body
The imbalance advances the front throttle opening
with respect to the rear throttle in the throttle con-
trol first degrees. This allows to improve motorcy-
cle output and handling.
The connecting arm features a slot (1) and a hole
(2). The predetermined setting is the one that uses
the slot (1).
The imbalance can be eliminated by using the hole
(2) and reprogramming the control unit with a spe-
cific mapping.
The only possible adjustment is checking imbal-
ance level.
The rear throttle valve begins opening once the
front throttle has completed 10% of the angular
stroke (TPS value). If this is not so, the value must
be brought to the 10% by operating on the screw
(3).
Removing the Stepper motor from the throttle body
Undo and remove the screw and col-
lect the two collars.
Slide off the Stepper motor from the
throttle body while paying attention to
the connecting pipes.
