Disassembling the fork
•
Drain all the oil from the stem.
•
Take out the pumping member rod.
•
Lock the sleeve in a vice in horizontal
position.
CAUTION
PLACE A CONTAINER TO COLLECT THE OIL UNDER THE
STOP PLUG.
•
Unscrew and remove the stop plug us-
ing a pneumatic gun.
CAUTION
BE CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE THE O-RINGS WHEN RE-
MOVING THEM.
•
Slide off the pumping member unit.
