APRILIA MXV 450 - Disassembling the Clutch

•
Remove the water pump rotor.
•
Undo and remove the twelve short
screws (1).
•
Undo and remove the two middle
screws (2).
•
Undo and remove the longest screw
(3).
•
Remove the clutch-side crankcase and
collect the engine oil filter, the gasket
and the two dowel pins.
Disassembling the clutch
•
Remove the clutch cover.
•
Unscrew and remove the six screws by
loosening them 1/4 of a turn at a time;
operate in stages and diagonally, and
retrieve the washers and the clutch
springs.
