The False Acceptance Rate is set to < 0.01 % and currently cannot be altered.
If the application continuously displays a ‘Press harder’ message without a finger placed on the reader, it is likely that
the glass requires cleaning, or if the reader is exposed to a bright light source. This is not usually an issue unless it is
being used in direct sunlight, or is beneath a light source highlighting dust particles on its glass surface. Should any of
the above issues arise; a firm wipe down the glass with a finger will usually solve the problem.
