12.18 HELP
12.18.1 VIEWING THE HELP SECTION
The Help section holds all of the information for your point of contact in case of assistance. The Help icon is on the
main Traka Touch screen and does not require a user to access the system to view it.
1. Click the Help button.
2. The Help window will then appear allowing you to obtain all the relevant contact information in case of any
problems or errors.
3. Click the Exit button to return to the login screen.
