13. Loader Disassembly and Assembly

Note: During disassembly, cap all hoses and fittings to
prevent fluid loss and contamination of the system fluids.
1. Lower the loader arms onto a jackstand with the
arms resting about 6 inches off the ground.
2. Turn the engine start switch to the OFF position.

3. Remove the bolt on the pin assembly on the
loader tower.

4. Remove the pin assembly.

5. Remove and cap the hose on the ram end of the
cylinder.

6. Remove and cap the hose on the loader end of
the cylinder.

7. Remove the forward pin assembly bolt.
