Welcome to Eclipse Edge
Eclipse Edge is a split-mount microwave radio system for the point-to-point licensed
microwave radio bands from 7 to 23 GHz. It comprises the indoor IDUspe and
outdoor ODUspe.
Edge is optimized for medium capacity and cost efficient single-link installations
between Edge terminals.
Edge supports native mixed-mode Ethernet and E1 traffic options to 32 Mbps or
16xE1, or any mix thereof in 2 Mbps/E1 steps.
The IDUspe is common for all capacity and frequency bands. The ODUspe is
band-specific, but capacity independent.
Hot-standby and space diversity protection options are provided, using paired ODUs
from one IDUspe.
