Commissioning Records for Edge
The Portal As Built Report screen provides access to an as-built report file for the
terminal, for saving to a folder on your PC. The file is in a csv, Excel compatible
format.
Use this report to capture configuration and other site/installation data for
appending to a final commissioning report.
Additionally, Excel based worksheets (English only) are available to assist pre and
post installation planning, as-built and record keeping processes.
The file for these worksheets is available on the Eclipse Installation CD or from a
Aviat Networks Help Desk. These worksheets can be customized to suit customer
requirements.
The main installation and commissioning worksheets provide:
• A prompt for preparing data for new installations.
• A datapack for installers.
• A data entry form to capture additional as-built data.
• An as-built record with sign-off.
Associated worksheets include:
• Installation Inspection Form.
• Customer Acceptance Form.
• Remedial Action Form.
Figure 5-1 shows an example of a prepared Installation and Commissioning Form
for an IDU 20x.
