Configuring Interface IP Addressing and Routing
The Interface Addressing screen allows each interface to have its own IP address to
support route partitioning across a terminal, or to assist network planning and
management diagnostics in larger networks.
NOTE:
Interface IP addressing and routing options should only be used
under guidance from the network administrator.
Interface IP addressing may be used with dynamic or static routing, with the
selection enabled on a per-interface basis.
The screen opens with line entries for the Ethernet and Link ports.
Figure 4-17 shows an example IP addressing screen for an Eclipse terminal.
