COMMAND MEANING
%H MNP 10 Negotiation Speed
This command allows you to determine the speed at which your modem
will begin MNP 10 connections.
MNP 10 can change the speed of the connection depending upon the
quality of the line. This command sets the initial connection speed only.
By initiating MNP 10 at a lower speed you can ensure that an error
correcting link is established when this may not be possible at the highest
speeds.
Refer to the chapter titled ‘Error Correction’ for details of MNP 10.
