S REGISTER MEANING
4 Line Feed Character
S Register 4 contains the ASCII value of the character recognized by the
modem as the Line Feed character in local command state.
Default 10

ATS4=13 Recognize the Carriage Return character as the line feed

S REGISTER MEANING
5 Backspace Character
S Register 5 contains the ASCII value of the character recognized by the
modem as the Backspace character in local command state.
The preferred values for this register are ASCII codes 0 to 32 or 127.
Default 8
Example
ATS5=127 Recognize the DEL character as the backspace
