13-1.Types
• Two different types are available: a type that controls the automatic presser lifter, and a type does not control the
automatic presser lifter.
• The two specifications are changed over by (A) changing the attachment position of the spring (1) inside the treadle
unit, and (B) resetting the depression stroke signal.

Signal setting

"F1" and "r1" are set at the neutral position.

Depression force

The depression force hardly changes at all from
the start of depression until full depression.

<When depressed forward and depressed backward>
No automatic presser lifter signal is output.
<When depressed forward and depressed backward>
An automatic presser lifter signal is output at the
point before the depression force suddenly
changes, and the sewing machine starts at the
point after the depression force suddenly
changes.
