A, B, and C, and repeating I, J, K can be designated.
(Note 1) Addresses that do not require setting can be omitted.
(Note 2) Local variables corresponding to non-designated addresses are null.
(Note 3) Conversion between format 1 and 2 is performed according to the
addresses to be used. However, there are cases where both formats
are mixed. In this case, the value designated later is valid.
(Note 4) Command argument after G65 and G66.
