The circle center is calculated by measuring three points.

D … Tool offset number
Z … Z coordinate during measurement
R … Z coordinate of return point when the Z axis has traveled from one measurement point to
the other measurement point or when the movement has completed.
Q … Register No. that stores the measured results ("1" when omitted)
