Measurment pattern
Hole ... Three-point measurement
1. Spindle orientation 0゜. The probe moves to the first measurement start point of the X and Y
axes.
2. The probe moves to the Z axis measurement height.
3. The first measurement is carried out (in the +Y direction ).
4. Spindle orientation 0゜. The probe moves to the second measurement start point of the X and Y
axes.
5. The second measurement is carried out (in the direction of 120｡ from the first point).
6. Spindle orientation 0゜. The probe moves to the third measurement start point of the X and Y
axes.
7. The third measurement is carried out (in the direction of 240｡ from the first point).
8. The probe moves to the Z axis return point.
