5.3.4.5 Ventilators
Two 24Vdc Ventilators at the rear panel suck out warm air from the console. The ventila-
tors have serial resistors to bring their actual operating voltage down to about 18V,
where the operate more silently, prolong ventilator and filter lifetime and still create suffi-
cient air flow.
The fresh air intake is in the base plate near the front of the console. The air filter can be
removed for cleaning services without opening the console.
