4.3 Keypad Test Menu
The Labeler is equipped with diagnostic tools that allow for the testing of various
functions of the head. This is an important troubleshooting tool that can be used to isolate
a given problem. If any one of these tests fails, it can compromise the performance or
even functionality of the system. In order to access the diagnostic tools, reference the
following instructions:
1. If the keypad does not say “OFFLINE”, press the <Online> key.
2. Press the <Test> button.
3. Press the Up or Down arrow keys to scroll through the different tests.
4. Press <Online> to exit the Test menu.
There are a total of 12 different tests under the Test menu. They are described in Table
4-1. Also reference Section Error! Reference source not found. for the sensor locations.
