4.4.2 Number of Labels
The Buskro labeler has the ability to apply 1 to 3 labels on a piece during a single pass. In
order to change the number of labels applied, reference the following steps:
1. If the keypad does not say “OFFLINE”, press the <Online> key.
2. Press the <Position> button.
3. Press the Down key until the display reads “LABELS PER PIECE: #” where #
indicates the number of labels. This value can be changed by either pressing <+>
or <-> or by entering the number using the keypad corresponding to the number of
required labels and pressing the <Enter> key.
4. Press <Online> to exit the Position menu.
4.4.3 Product Length Entry
Anytime a different length material is used, the product length must be entered into the
head. Otherwise, the labels will not be placed in the proper locations. To set the product
length:
1. Measure the product length with a ruler or measuring tape.
2. If the keypad does not say “OFFLINE”, press the <Online> key.
3. Press the <Position> button.
4. Press the Down key until the display reads “LENGTH: ##.###” where ##.###
indicates the product length.
5. Using the keypad, enter in the length of the product measured from step 1 and
press <Enter>.
6. Press <Online> to exit the Position menu.
