– Da m age resulting from accident, submers ion, fire, theft, vandalism or a ny act of
God;
– Ope ration with fuels, oils or lubricants w hich are not suitable for use with the
product (se e t he Operator’s G uide);
– Damages from rust, corrosion or exposure to the elements;
– Da m a ge res ulting from water or snow ingestion;
– In cidenta l or consequenti al damages , or da m a ges of a ny ki nd including without
limitation towing, s tora ge, telephone, rental, taxi, inconvenience, insura nc e
coverage, loan payments, loss of time, loss of income.
4) WARRANTY COVERAGE PERIOD
This limited warranty will be in effect from ( 1) the date of delivery to the first retail
consumer or (2) the date the product is f irst put i nto use, whicheve r occurs first and
for the follow ing period:
– TW ELVE (12) CONSECUT IV E MONTHS, for private use, comm ercial use or gov -
ernmental u se owners .

– For evapora tive emi ssi on-rela te d components of C a lifornia models equipp ed
with evaporative emission control system produced by BRP for sal e in the
State of C a lifornia that a re originally sold to a re sident or subsequently w arranty
registered to a resident i n the State of California, please also refer to the

IF ORNIA EVAPO RATIVE EMISSIO NS CONTROL WARRANTY STATEMENT
contained herein.
The repair or replacement of parts or the performance of service under this war-
ranty does n ot extend the l ife of this wa rranty beyond its original expi ration date.
5) CONDITIONS TO HAVE WARRANTY COVERAGE
This warranty coverage is available only if each of the f ollo wi ng conditions ha s
been fulfilled:
– The 2021 Ca n- Am SSV must be purchased as new and unused by its first owner
from a Can-Am SSV dealer authorized to distribute Ca n- A m SSV's in the country
in which the sale occurred (“Ca n-Am SSV dealer”);
– The BRP s pec ified pre-deli ve ry inspection proc es s must be com pleted a nd doc-
umented and signed by the purchaser;
– The 2021 Can-Am SSV m us t have unde rgone p ro per registration by an autho-
rized C an-Am SSV dealer;
– The 2021 Can-Am SSV must be purchased in the country in which the purchas er
resides;
– R outine maintenance outlined in the Operator’s Guide must be timely per-
formed in order to maintain warranty cov erage. BRP reserves the right to make
warranty cov era ge c ontingent upon proof of proper maintenance.
BRP will not honor this limited warranty to a ny pri vate use owner or com m ercial
use owner if one of the prece ding conditions has not been met. Suc h li m itations
are necessary in order to allow BRP to preserve both the safety of its products,
and also that of its consumers and the general public.
