TheAUTOSCRCLEANINGoccursautomaticallyaboutevery30handdoesnotrequireanyoperatorinteraction.
DuringtheAUTOSCRCLEANING,theexcavatorcanandshouldbeoperated.Byapplyingaworkingload,the
durationoftheAUTOSCRCLEANINGisreduced.
TheAUTOSCRCLEANINGprocessshouldtakearound10–15minifthemachineisworking.
However,thedurationoftheAUTOSCRCLEANINGdependsontheoutsidetemperature,enginecoolanttemper-
atureandengineload.Forexample,colderoutsidetemperaturewillincreasetheamountoftimetocompletethe
AUTOSCRCLEANING.
WhentheAUTOSCRCLEANINGstarts,theSCR
CLEANINGiconappearsingreen,analarmsoundsfor
approximately2sandthemessageAUTOSCRCLEAN-
INGisdisplayed.Thepictureshowsthedisplayofthe
rearcameraviewoperatingmode,andthedisplayofthe
rearandright-sidecameraviewoperatingmode.
NOTE:Iftheengineisleftrunningatlowidlespeedfor
sometimeduringAUTOSCRCLEANING,themachine
controlsystemwillraisetheenginespeedautomatically
tosupportthecompletionoftheprocess.
WhentheAUTOSCRCLEANINGcompletes,thegreen
SCRCLEANINGiconandthemessageAUTOSCR
CLEANINGdisappear.

TheAUTOSCRCLEANINGissuspendedifanyofthefollowingoccurs:

TheSCRcleaningbuttonispressedbytheoperator.TheSCRCLEANINGicondisappearsandthemessagePUSH
SCRSWITCHTOACTIVATEisdisplayed.PressingtheSCRcleaningbuttonagainwillresumetheprocess.
•
Thecoolanttemperaturedropsbelow65°C(149°F).TheSCRCLEANINGiconstartstoashingreenanda
warningalarmsoundsforapproximately2s.Whentheenginecoolanttemperatureisabovethe70°C(158°F),
AUTOSCRCLEANINGwillberesumed.
•
Thecoolanttemperaturerisesabove100°C(212°F).TheSCRCLEANINGiconstartstoashingreenandawarn-
ingalarmsoundsforapproximately2s.Lowertheenginespeedthrottletoidleandcheckthecoolanttemperature.
Iftheenginecoolanttemperaturedropsbelow90°C(194°F),theAUTOSCRCLEANINGwillberesumed.
NOTE:NeverkeepnormalmachineoperationwiththeAUTOSCRCLEANINGprocessbeingsuspended.TheSCR
systemwillbedamaged.ResumetheAUTOSCRCLEANINGprocessimmediately.
NOTICE:IftheAUTOSCRCLEANINGisnotcompletedafter8h,theSCRCLEANINGiconwillashinorangeand
theMANUALSCRCLEANINGwillberequested.IfnormalmachineoperationiskeptwhentheSCRCLEANINGicon
isashinginorange,seriousdamagestotheengineandtotheaftertreatmentsystemwilloccur.Immediatelymove
theexcavatortoawellventilatedareaandactivatetheMANUALSCRCLEANING.
