Amanualmachinewarm-upcanbecarriedoutreferringtothefollowingprocedure:
1.Settheenginespeedthrottlethreestepsoverthelowidleposition.
2.Starttheengineandletitrunapproximatelyfor5–10minwithnoload.
3.Whenthecoolanttemperaturereachesthesecondsegmentonthecoolanttemperaturegauge,settheengine
speedthrottleinintermediateposition.
4.Pushthegatelockleverforward(thesafetybarisfacingoutward).
5.Movethebucketcontrolslowlyuntilthebucketisfullycurled.
6.Operatethearmuntiltheitiscompletelyretracted,andholdthepositionfor30s.
7.Extendthearmcompletely,andholdthepositionfor30s.
8.Repeatthesequenceofextendingandretractingthearmuntilthetemperatureofthehydraulicuidraisesover
thersttwosegmentsonthehydraulictemperaturegauge,correspondingto25°C(77°F).
NOTICE:Neveroverloadthehydraulicsystemuntilthetemperatureofthehydraulicuidreaches25°C(77°F).
Ifthehydraulicsystemisoverloadedwiththetemperatureofthehydraulicuidbelow25°C(77°F)itwillbe
severelydamaged.
9.Gentlyoperatethecontrolsfortravel,frontequipmentandswingfor3to4timestocirculatewarmedhydraulic
uidintothewholecircuit.
Checkthefollowingsafterreachingnormaloperatingtemperatureoftheuids:
•
Exhaustgasisnormal.
•
Nounusualnoiseorvibration.
•
Noleakofoil,fuelorwater.
•
Nounusualnoisewhenactivatingthehydraulicequipment.
•
Inspectionofthehorn,buzzer,workinglightsandinstrumentcluster.
•
Properdisplayofthetemperaturegauges.
•
Checkthevisibilityfromtherearviewmirrors,thesideviewmirrorsandthecamerasbeforeoperation.Adjustand
cleanupdirtasnecessary.
•
Checkeachoperation(travel,frontequipmentandswing).
Ifanyofthefollowingoccursduringthewarm-upprocedure,stoptheengineimmediately.
•
Enginespeedincreasesordecreasesrapidly.
•
Enginesoundandexhaustgascolorareabnormal.
•
Messagesaredisplayed,andawarningalarmsounds.
